The Ernie Ball Bass 5 Slinky Super Long Scale Electric Bass Strings are made from nickel plated steel wrapped around a hex shaped steel core wire. Each bass guitar string produces a bright, balanced tone. Designed to fit 35-inch scale basses, the string is 50 inch with a taper at 38 1/2 inch.
